The owner of a property let though our Agency enjoys the following benefits:

 

1.               We have a wide knowledge of the rental market and can provide you with helpful advice in respect of market related rentals and other important matters.

2.               The property is advertised in numerous media channels.

3.               Prospective tenants are well screened before acceptance.

4.               A comprehensive and proven Lease Agreement is entered into with the tenant at his cost.

5.               A deposit equal to one month’s rental plus is collected and held in trust.

6.               Rentals are collected in advance and deposited into the owner’s bank account by the 10th of every month.

7.               Inspection of the property is carried out, if maintenance is required to the unit, quotations will be obtained with your approval to effect repairs.

8.               On vacating the premises a final inspection is carried out after which any damages are deducted from the deposit held and the necessary repairs seen to.

9.               We provide owners with an income and expenditure statement by the 20th of every month.

10.            All the above are done at a commission to be agreed upon.
